1. Text Fonts:

While you might have seen nowadays people send you messages with bold and italic fonts of text on whatsapp and wondered how they did it. Well, It is pretty simple as you use the word and other offices tools on you pc or laptop it works the same way. Let say you want to send a text in bold letters, All you have yo do is

• Add bold text by surrounding it with the * (star) symbol.  Example: “Make sure to *bring the tickets*.”
• Add italic text by surrounding it with _(underline) symbol.  Example:"It is _not really_ necessary to print all the pages".
• Add strikethrough text by surrounding it with the ~(tilde) symbol.  Example: “Your cooking skills are ~quite impeccable~  absolutely horrible.”

2. Hiding Blue Tick( Read Receipts)

After this update in whatsapp it has been really hard on people to avoid someone letting know if you have read there messages or not. So here we bring the solution to the most confusing issue of this particular update. All you have to do in order to remove the read receipts is

• Goto WhatsApp settings.
• Open the privacy settings.
• The Disable the option of READ RECEIPTS.

3. Deleting Send Messages 

To delete messages you will get a new option after you select delete, allowing you to “delete for everyone” instead of just from your own device. WhatsApp does warn that “recipients may see your message before it's deleted or if deletion was not successful,” so it’s not a guarantee. It’s also possible that WhatsApp users will still see messages in notifications before they’re deleted.

4. Tag Your Friend In WhatsApp Chat Groups

The all new feature which help you to tag your friends in any group for any kind of conversation you are having. All you have to do is  to use the "@" and type the name of your friend or just initial letter and WhatsApp will provide you suggestions from you saved contacts and the messages will be shown tagged with that persons name.

5.Hiding Your Profile Picture

After waiting for a long time WhatsApp has also given us the option to hide our profile picture. Initially when you wanted to remove you profile picture you have to remove it completely but now all you to do is, Just go to the settings and then to Privacy Settings and Select the visibility of profile picture to ONLY ME and it will not be shown to anyone. However you can also select the options to Only My Contacts or Everyone as well according to you wish.
